The Great Migration (1915-1960)

The Great Migration of 1915-1960, was the migration of five million African Americans to the north and west from the south. The frist wave of immigrants was during WWI when 454,000 African Americans moved from the south. The in 1920 another 800,000 African Americans left. After that in 1930, another 398,000 left the south for refuge. During 1940 - 1960 over 3,348,000 African americans left the south.

They migrated due to slavery and mistreatment which is the "Push factor" of their migration. They had very little, if any, rights, and they rarely got money of their own. By moving to the south and west , they where free and had their own individual rights as a human. They where treated better they could also make a living on their own, This is the "Pull factor".
This migration was a voluntary migration.

A developed country is one that has the newest or the latest technology. An undeveloped country is like a thrid world country or a country with less technology than the more developed countries. Developed countries have the newest cars, more industries, factories, and job opportunies. Although, the less developed countries have cars, they are not new and probably have many problems, they dont have many industries or factories or job opporunities. The less developed countries have a higher birth rate because 1) it is either part of their religio, 2) they are not as educated as more developed countries and dont full understand the consequences, and 3) they do not have the safety materials to prevent them from having babies.

In China, the enforced fertility control, is that mean and wemon are not allowed to married untill a certain age and after the frist child a min. of four year has to past before they can have another child.
No, because stated perviously it coulod be part of their religion to have many children and The freedom of religion. The government can not force the people to have smaller famies. Although , there is a few countries that have regulations and laws set into place.
